rates are per-person in US dollars and are subject to change.

- Any
and all tours to Egypt commencing December 20 through January 3, inclusive,
or during Easter week are subject to a holiday surcharge , as noted
in each tour description. Please add this surcharge to the rates
listed if you plan to travel during these holiday periods.
TRAVELERS'
SAFETY:
Many of our tours include activities which require attention, caution
and discipline such as climbing into and out of boats and up and down
hills; and entering and exiting ancient tombs, catacombs and pyramids.
Our experienced guides and other staff will advise you and assist you
in these activities, but you undertake all such activities at your own
risk. Travel in Style, Inc., Nubian Nile Cruises,Inc. it is employees
and agents cannot be responsible for participants who do not exercise
normal and customary caution, who do not stay with the group, and/or
who do not heed the advice and instructions of our guides.
FITNESS
TO TRAVEL:
Travel in Style, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service and/or to
terminate the participation of any tour participant whose health or
mental condition or physical infirmity impedes the operation of the
tour, or whose conduct is discourteous to others or incompatible with
the best interests of the group.
Guides:
Over
the years we've asked returning Travel in Style travelers "What
made your trip exceptional?" The top answer is always "service,"
and we've taken that to heart.
The
guides on Travel in Style tours are the best possible people for the
job: experienced, knowledgeable, professional and personable, exceeding
all national regulations for qualification.
On
our Egypt tours and Nile cruises, our guides are certified Egyptologists
licensed by the government. All have university degrees, many of them
Ph.D.'s. In Morocco, guides on our camel caravans and desert tours are
local experts on the Sahara and Bedouin traditions. In Turkey, our city
guides are government-licensed members of the tour guides' guild, and
the captains of our yachts have captains' certification as well as long
experience in sailing the waters of the Turquoise Coast.
We
realize that the guide is the key to an enjoyable, memorable travel
experience, so we provide the best because we know you want to Travel
in
Style.
ADDITIONAL
COSTS:
Unless specifically mentioned in a tour itinerary, tour prices do not
include the following:
Airfares
Meals
and sightseeing
Insurance
of any kind
Beverages,
including bottled water
Departure
taxes, visa fees and customs duties
Items
of a personal nature, including laundry, alcoholic beverages and mineral
waters, excess baggage charges be it on the airline or in Japan for
additional storage/delivery on the train, coaches , etc.
Extra
charges for food ordered à la carte or from room service (these
charges must be paid directly to the hotel or restaurant)
Gratuities
for tour guides, lecturers and cruise ship staff, which are at the
discretion of the traveler
FLIGHTS:
Airfares, and departure and arrival times of flights, are subject to
change without notice. Your airfare and tour price are guaranteed only
when we have received payment in full and have issued your air tickets.
Please note that some flights involve layovers (stops) lasting from
three to seven hours or more at cities en-route.
Any
package that includes International air fare, would require 50% of total
cost within one week after confirmation to protect your air space,
otherwise the airline will release your seats.
Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc. uses recognized scheduled international airlines.
Tour
and Cruise ITINERARIES:
All tours posted on our web site, all cruises , be sea going or River
Nile cruise boats schedules may require a change in embarkation point.
And are subject to last minute cancellation and / or last minute changes
and/or cancellation.
Tours
and cruises are operated by cruise lines/ tour operators in the respective
countries, we do not own any of these boats , coaches, firms, operation,
and same applies to any airline be it domestic or international.
In some extreme and rare cases such cruises, airlines, tour operators,
may change or totally cancel the departure , and offer an alternative
that may or may not meet with the customers time frame, the customers
agrees to hold us not responsible for such changes, as we act as agent,
and may wish to take out trip cancellation insurance, and discuss these
details with the toll free number posted on the Insurance flyer.
Nile
cruises may start in Luxor, even though the itinerary says Aswan, or
vice-versa. No matter what the embarkation point, all sights mentioned
in the itinerary will be visited.
Sightseeing
& Excursions:
By
sedan, van, taxi, motorcoach, and/or sightseeing boat on a seat sharing
basis , plus admission fees to temples , shrines , museums , etc.
A minibus, sedan or taxi may be used when the total number of participants
is small.
Unless you are on a private tour, touring will be seat in a coach.
Transfers:
By
motorcoach on a seat-sharing basis. A sedan, van or taxi may be used
when the total number of participants is small.
Baggage:
The
transfer and handling of one piece of normal sized baggage per person,
including redcap fees, where specified in the itinerary. However, at
certain times and places this service is not included owing to limited
baggage capacity on trains and/or ships and the unavailability of porters
at stations, hotels and/or airports particularly in Japan .
RESERVATIONS
& PAYMENT:
Travel in Style, Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc. works with and depends on
your professional travel agent to provide you with the most convenient
and efficient service. Your local agent will be happy to make your Travel
in Style, Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc. tour reservations at no extra cost,
and will accept payment for the tour.
Reservations
must be secured by a deposit as listed on the invoice , it varies
based on how many destinations requested as well as other factors such
as when requesting a private tour rather than a group tour etc. .
For guests chartering Royal Cleopatra for private sailing; it's a non-refundable
$500 per person
For Royal Cleopatra chartering the deposit is non refundable) with the
balance of the tour price due no later than 60 days before departure.
Reservations requested less than 60 days before departure must include
full payment by cashier's check or money order; credit card.
Reservations requested 30 days or less before departure must also include
a late booking charge of $50 per person.
But
for any package that includes International air fare, 50% of total
cost will be required within one week after confirmation to protect
your air space, otherwise the airline will release your seats.
If
a client fails to pay the tour fare by the designated date:
We will assume that the client(s) have/ has canceled as of the
following day, and the cancellation charges specified will apply.
For
Private Sailing on the Nile

Private Nile cruise aboard the Royal Cleopatra
The deposit is $500 per person, in this case its NON REFUNDABLE. When
chartering Royal Cleopatra over Christmas . Balance /Total balance becomes
non refundable should you decide to cancel 60 days or less prior to
sailing, 61 days or more it's the regular terms of cancellation.
Additional
Info:
We pride ourselves on providing you with individual, personal service.
To do this, we require a minimum of 14 days (two weeks) before departure
to make any booking. If you request reservations less than two weeks
before departure time, we may be unable to fulfill your request due
to insufficient time in which to contact our partners and receive the
necessary confirmations.
Please note that for the Egyptian ADVENTURE travel tours that
goes into the "Gelf" and the "English Patient"
famous " Cave of Swimmers" one month advance notice
is required.
All
payments must be made in the United States in US dollars. If you
pay by check, please make it payable to your travel agency. Payment
is not deemed to be received until it is received by Travel in Style,
Inc. Checks returned unpaid for any reason are subject to a charge of
$50. If returned unpaid within 30 days of departure, the reservation
may be canceled. Renewal of the reservation requires payment by cashier's
check or money order, and payment of the $50 late booking charge.
Credit card charges: 3% fee ( non refundable) will apply when paying
us using credit card.
Payment
in Euros :
We will accept payment in Euros based on current exchange rate.
CHILDREN
DISCOUNT:
Children under 10 years of age sharing their parents' room receive a
discount of 20 %, ( Suite accommodating category the discount is 10%),
for infant 2 years or younger the discount is 40% off the per-person
double-occupancy rate for any of our normal tours or cruises. This discount
may not be combined with any other discount or special promotional rate;
only one discount may be applied per person, per tour.
Please
note that triple-occupancy cabins are not available on Lake Nasser cruise
vessels. Parents taking a child on a Lake Nasser cruise must expect
one parent to share
Children
Discount ( going on a Japanese tours )
Child fare will be charged for each child ( five years of age
or younger), sharing parents room. Some Japanese tours may list infant
rates as well.
CHANGING
YOUR TOUR /CANCELING RESERVATIONS:
- Cancellation
policy : If you change your date
of dept/arrival or cancel after we receive your deposit then it's
$250 per person for standard tours, ( for private tours and /or custom
tailor then its $500 per person) . yet 60 days or less then its %
25 of total charges . Canceling 21 days or less : 50% . One week or
less prior to departure is subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Trip cancellation insurance is available and highly recommended.
-
For packages that include international air, air tickets are in most
cases NON REFUNDABLE and/or subject to heavy penalty for any changes
in name, date etc. When you fly on board Egyptair and if there is
a refund that's due to you , please note that their refund process
takes 2 month at least !
- Private
Nile cruise aboard the Royal Cleopatra
The deposit is $500 per person, in this case its NON REFUNDABLE. When
chartering Royal Cleopatra over Christmas . Balance /Total balance
becomes non refundable should you decide to cancel 60 days or less
prior to sailing, 61 days or more it's the regular terms of cancellation.
International
airfares included with some of our tours are based on non refundable
fares. If you must change or cancel your international airline reservations
after we have issued your airline tickets, you will be responsible for
any and all airline re booking fees or cancellation penalties, which
may equal the full original cost of the ticket(s).
No
refunds will be made for any unused service when clients
choose not to use the relevant services. Packages are offered as one
rate , and one inclusive package.
Optional
Tours
Payment after arrive in your destination, reservations for tours and
the payment should be directed to Travel In Style authorized agents.
In this case, should a client cancels optional tour, he / she agrees
to pay the required cancellation penalty via his / her credit card ,
in cash or traveler's checks. Any tour booked locally is not part of
our contract with you ( the client), and Travel In Style/ Nubian Nile
Cruises are not responsible / liable for any part or any tour that the
client book on his /her own direct with any local agent in any destination.
Term of Validity
All the tour fares are valid. However, in the event of any
marked increase in transportation fares and fees to us or any alterations
to tour itineraries caused by reasons beyond our control, we reserve
the right to revise any contracted fares, unless the tour is FULLY
PAID, increase will still apply if you pay only deposit. But when
your tour cost is fully paid, then you are protected against any price
increase.
REFUNDS:
All arrangements are inclusive, thus no refund is granted for unused
accommodations, meals or other services except by special arrangement
at the time original reservations are made. See also "Changing
Reservations," above. Any and all claims for refunds must be made
only to the original reservations office; no other person, office, guide,
agent or representative is authorized to promise or to make refunds,
or to promise or make any change or alteration of these Terms and Conditions.
All claims must be made within 60 days following completion of the tour.
To be considered, a claim must be accompanied by a written authorization
from our overseas agents and/or hotels. Credit card charges are subject
to an additional 3% (three per cent) handling fee. Credit
card 3% handling fee is non refundable .
There is no refund for any FED EX or Air Mail charges .
Any
complaints :
Or claims about arrangements or services made/delivered overseas must
be made on the spot as soon as the complaint or claim arises, and with
the personnel involved in the incident or situation. If the complaint
or claim is not resolved to the client's satisfaction, the client must
document the complaint or claim in writing with the local representative
of Travel in Style, Inc. / Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc., as well as with
the main office of Travel in Style, Inc., Nubian Nile Cruises,Inc. in
the USA no later than 60 days following the scheduled completion
date of the tour. The client agrees and accepts this condition, and
waives the right to register any complaint or claim more than 60
days following the scheduled completion date of the tour.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Nubian Nile Cruises Inc., a California corporation, shall not be held
responsible for any loss that may result from any bankruptcy of airline
/ cruise line / tour operator and / or or cancellation of flights, cruises,
tours , accommodations, transportation, or other services.
Nubian Nile Cruises Inc.,shall not be held responsible for any wrongful
or negligent acts or omissions by any supplier or other party not directly
owned or controlled by Travel in Style, Inc., or by the failure of any
equipment operated by any such supplier or other party.
Nubian Nile Cruises Inc., shall not be liable for any loss, injury,
or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any
accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly
or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire,
breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities,
wars whether or not declared, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes,
riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs
regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes to itineraries
or schedules, or from any causes resulting from insufficient or improperly
issued passports, visas, or other documents. Neither Nubian Nile Cruises
Inc., nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable
or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or
incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned
causes. Nubian Nile Cruises Inc's responsibility to passengers carried
in vehicles and aircraft for transfers and excursions and tours is governed
by the laws of the respective countries in which the tours take place
and no other country. All claims are subject only to the jurisdiction
of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arises .Nubian
Nile Cruises Inc., makes every effort to ensure safe accommodations
at every price level offered, but cannot be responsible for a guest's
personal behavior or that of other guests, staff, or their pets. Guests
will be expected to exercise reasonable precautions.
The
right is reserved to substitute hotels and cruise ships and to alter
itineraries. The right is also reserved to cancel the tour prior to
departure. If any tour is canceled prior to the passenger's joining
the tour, Travel in Style, Inc. is liable for a refund of monies received
by Travel in Style, Inc. Travel in Style, Inc. is not responsible nor
liable for defaults of those not directly under the control of Travel
in Style, Inc.
Change
in Services under Tour Contract
In case of natural disaster, Airline , Cruise Line and tour
operator canceling a departure or more , labor disputes of transportation
company or other facilities or any other causes beyond Travel In Style'
s control, Travel In Style reserves the right, with advance notice to
clients, to alter part or all of the tour itinerary, tour services,
or any other portions of the Organized Tour Contract in order to effect
safe, smooth execution of the Organized Tour.
In urgent cases, however, notice to clients may be given after the alteration
Your
Own Travel Documents are your responsibility:
The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby
releases Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc , Travel in Style, Inc. From any
duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination
or other entry requirements for each destination, and all safety
and security conditions during the length of the proposed travel.
Luggage:
Travel In Style, Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc, shall assumes no liability
for loss or damages to baggage during any part of the trip/tour,
clients may choose to insure their baggage at additional cost.
Travel In Style, Nubian Nile Cruises, Inc, shall not be liable for damages
incurred by the client's own neglect or owing to the reasons listed
or similar :
1. Natural disaster, war, disturbances uprisings, and alteration or
cancellation of the tour itinerary due it such causes.
2. Accidents or fire related to transportation, accommodation facilities,
etc., and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such
causes. Clients may wish to purchase travel insurance.
3. Orders of either US, Japanese or other countries government officials,
immigration regulations,quarantine, as the result of infections disease,
and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
4. Accidents occurring during participant's free time/ leisure time
activities.
5. Food poisoning. 6. Theft
7. Delays, stoppages, alterations of schedule and route in relation
to transportation facilities, and alterations of the tour itinerary
and shortening of staying time at destinations due to such causes.
8. Any causes which are beyond the control of Travel In Style and/or
the agents in charge of tour arrangements.

Included in your Tour cost:

check each tour's page for such details:
Charges and expenses other than those specified in such as:
(1) Laundry, telephone or cable, additional meals and drink, and any
other expenses of a personal nature.
(2) International and domestic air fares. ( Check each page /tour as
some do include such fares)
(3) Airport departure taxes.
(4) Excess baggage. Heavy baggage. Additional charges for extra large
size luggage, charges for delivery,or additional storage on train &
coach . Large size luggage is not recommended fro African Safaris &
Japan
(5) Travel Insurance. Trip Interruption insurance. ( Flyer available
upon request)

By
embarking on his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks
involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler
is hereby warned of the aforementioned risks as well as possible travel
industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised
to consider obtaining appropriate insurance coverage against them, which
is available at extra cost through any travel agency.

traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby
releases Travel in Style, Inc. , Nubian Nile Cruises,Inc., from, any
and all safety and security conditions during the length of the
proposed travel, including but not limited to dangers from diarrhea,
food poisoning, and any other food-borne illnesses, and that the
traveler assumes the duty of taking steps to avoid or counteract these
and other illnesses which are among the inherent risks in foreign travel.
For

contact the Travel Advisory Section of the US Department of State in
Washington, DC . or the proper authority in your home country . For
medical information on travel-related illness, please contact your doctor,
local public health officials, the US Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention , www.cdc.gov/travel), and/or the US Public Health Service
in advance of your travel.
The
receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you
and your travel agent (when applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions,
and that you (and your agent) have agreed to them.
The
Royal Cleopatra is a traditional wind-driven sailing craft, and
is subject to the uncertainties of wind, weather and riverine traffic
conditions on the Nile. We will do our best to follow published itineraries,
but they must be considered tentative in all cases. We reserve the right
to modify or cancel any sailing itinerary as conditions warrant. In
case of insufficient wind, weather danger or difficult riverine traffic
conditions on the Nile or through the Nile locks, or other cause of
cancellation, we reserve the right to accommodate Royal Cleopatra passengers
aboard a deluxe Nile cruise vessel, and / or to transport passengers
between some sites by motor vehicle along the Nile, to be able to keep
up with the itinerary , at our option.
Hotel
Rooms :
Triple room may be provided as a twin room with one extra bed
added.
